"Good selection, just a bit messy"
They’ve got a lot of gear to choose from, which is nice, but it can be kinda hard to find what you’re looking for sometimes. Not a bad spot, just feels a little all over the place tho...

"Seems reliable to me"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and everything has shown up pretty much how I expected. One order took a little longer to ship, but I’m guessing they might’ve just been backed up or short-staffed or something. Overall, I still feel like they’re trustworthy and I’d probably order again.

"Pretty solid stuff, honestly"
I ordered a couple of lures and a pair of pliers, and they showed up feeling a lot better than I expected. The lures look good, the pliers feel sturdy in hand, and I was kind of just checking things over and thinking I might’ve grabbed more if I’d known the quality was this decent. Everything seems well made so far. No complaints from me, I’d definitely buy again

"Order was correct, but they really need to do better with packaging"
I’ll give TackleDirect credit where it’s due, the order itself was right. The lures and line were exactly what I picked, and the sizes and colors matched. Shipping was okay, not exactly fast, but not terrible either. What annoyed me was the box showing up all beat up like nobody along the way cared what happened to it. Luckily nothing was missing or damaged, but that feels more like luck than anything else. They need to take a little more responsibility with how they pack and ship stuff.

I ordered a reel that said it was in stock and, uh, it actually was. It shipped out quickly too, which was nice. Definitely better than getting that backorder email later

"Better stock than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much after striking out on a couple other sites, but TackleDirect actually had most of the lures and line I needed. One item was on backorder, but they showed that before checkout, so at least I knew what I was getting into. Shipping was smooth too. I’d give it 4 stars because I was hoping they’d have every size in stock, but overall it worked out better than I thought

"Super easy to find what I needed"
I hopped on the site and found the gear I was looking for quickly, which was nice. Checkout was mostly smooth too. Then suddenly I was like, wait, is that it? Nice. Overall, easy experience and not much hassle.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had a problem with my order and got a little uneasy after paying, since you never know how responsive a company will be once they already have your money. But TackleDirect handled the refund without making it a hassle. They got it sorted fast, and the money showed back up on my card sooner than I thought it would. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience and I’d order from them again.

I grabbed a few fishing things from tackledirect because I needed to replace some odds and ends before a weekend trip. I was mostly just hoping the stuff would show up without turning into a whole situation, since that’s happened to me with other places before. The box did look a little rough when it got here, but everything inside was totally fine. Tracking updated like it should, and it arrived right around when they said it would. Overall, not flawless, but dependable enough that I’d order from them again.

"Packaging was great, honestly"
My order from TackleDirect showed up packed really well, which I was kind of surprised by for some reason. The box wasn’t banged up at all, and everything inside was secure with nothing rolling around. I don’t know why solid packaging feels like such a big deal, but it does. Happy with the order and I’d definitely buy from them again.

It was smooth. I didn’t have to sit there wondering what was going on, which is usually my main thing with this kind of stuff. They sent enough updates to keep me in the loop, not too many, not radio silence either. So yeah, nothing weird came up, and it all felt handled.

I had to return a reel because it wasn’t quite what I needed. i was expecting the return process to be more of a hassle, but it was straightforward. The refund showed up after a few days, which was nice. I do wish the return shipping had been a little cheaper, but overall it wasn’t a big issue...

"Shipping showed up way quicker than I figured"
I ordered a couple things from TackleDirect the other day because I was trying to get my gear sorted before the weekend, and the shipping was way faster than I expected. I wasn’t really in a huge rush, but I still kept checking since I’m used to stuff taking a while lately. The package got here sooner than I thought, everything was packed fine, and I didn’t have to deal with any weird delays or missing updates. Happy overall, and I’ll probably order from them again next time I need something...

"Accurate specs, even though I almost stuck with my usual brand"
